Our Choc Nut Butter Balls
Its important to understand that trying to avoid chocolate treats will only work for so long, until you go on a chocolate binge. This is why we have decided to share our Choc Nut Butter Balls for you to make a healthy and tasty treat, with all natural ingredients and slow release energy.
1 cup rolled oats
1 medium banana, mashed
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of your favourite nut butter
1 packet stevia
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method:
1/ Combine all the ingredients into a bowl, and mix until combined.
2/ Using a table spoon, scoop out the mixture and roll into balls
3/ Place the balls onto a cookie sheet/plate, and continue until all balls are made
4/ Refrigerate balls for an hour or eat straight away
